Description
This program covers the material you would learn in the first three to four months of T’ai Chi classes. It covers warmups, stretches, balance and stance drills, qigongs and the first third of Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s Yang style T’ai Chi form. The form is presented first from the front at regular speed, then again from the front at a slower speed with more complete verbal descriptions and then finally viewed from the back so that you can follow along more easily. This is an excellent aid for those first learning the form.
