NLP is an information processing theory and therapeutic approach based on the study of master therapists in action. In NLP we study the way humans file and make sense of information, including thoughts, emotions and memories. Often by changing the way that information (such as a memory) is stored, you can change the meaning ascribed to the information. This is a very powerful and elegant system.
I did extensive post graduate training in NLP and am a Certified Practitioner.
NLP is particularly useful in working with disturbing memories and in establishing new habits.
