- Sink the Chi to the Tan Tien
- Separate Yin and Yang
- Head and spine straight
- Waist is the axis
- Move evenly and slowly
- Breath is full, even and thin
- Mind attentive
- Beautiful lady’s wrist
- Tongue touching the roof of mouth
- Knee above toe
- Eyes in soft focus
