![]() T'ai Chi And Chi Kung InstructionNew Students Are Welcome To Join Anytime!I offer private and group classes in T’ai Chi and Chi Kung in Ashland. During the Spring and Fall semesters I offer classes for academic credit at SOU. I also have two videos/DVDs on T’ai Chi and one on Chi Kung and have collaborated on the recently published book, The Everything Book On T’ai Chi And Qigong. I have been studying T'ai Chi since 1978 and teaching in the Rogue Valley since 1988. I also hold my second degree black belt in Karate. I teach the following forms: Cheng Man Ch’ing short form, Yang style 24, two Saber forms, Yang sword form, and two person drills, push hands and da lui. Classes include Warmups, Stretches, Chi Kungs, Standing Meditation and Form practice. Ready to start? Check the class schedule, contact me today, and come to your first class for free! A note on spelling:
Spelling Chinese has always been difficult in English.
Beijing used to be spelled Peking. Similarly, T'ai Chi is
now written Taiji and Chi Kung is written Qigong. Don't
let these different spellings confuse you! ![]() |
